The arrow on this map points to where the Sun City Festival new home sales office & rec center is located. Sun City Festival has a Buckeye, Arizona address. Most people familiar with Buckeye might think this community is located in the SW valley. It is, in fact, located 15 miles due west of our office in Sun City Grand and about a 23 minute drive out in the desert.
Eventually this community will be surrounded by growth but right now it evokes memories of the original Sun City, when they were out in the middle of nowhere.
